Forum Medical Group, a Consultant owned and operated, occupational health provider based in Perth, WA, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Physician Registrar or experienced Occupational Health Doctor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and examinations for PEM, periodic and regulatory medicals.
  • Provide early intervention injury management to develop and implement effective treatment plans in coordination with other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide expert advice on workplace health and safety, injury management, and health monitoring services.
  • Conduct FFW and RTW reviews and reports
  • Assist in the development and delivery of WHS programs for clients.
  • Engage in ongoing research
  • Provide clinical staff coaching and mentoring

Essential qualifications

  • MBBS or equivalent degree, registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (provider number not required).
  • Current enrollment in RACP AFOEM training or eligibility to join the training program within the next 12 months.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in occupational health.
  • Strong  written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
  • Team player and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Accreditation with OEUK,  RSHQ and recognised spirometry accreditation preferred but not essential.
